Class size is limited in order to provide you with the personal instruction. Classes will be held in my dining room. All students will leave with written instructions and diagrams! Any questions, please contact me.

Because I now live back in my small home town, with no bead store, I will have kits, or my huge stash of beads and findings, from which you will be able to pick and choose, creating your own kits.

SPIRAL ROPE

This is one of the instant gratification stitches using needle and thread. Even beginners get beautiful results. Once you have learned the basic stitch, the variations are endless. You may not finish a bracelet in class, but you will leave with written instructions and diagrams.

This class is limited to 6 students.

Class fee $25

Materials needed for this class:

• Big Eye Needle
• 1 tube size 6 beads
• 1 tube size 8 beads
• 1 tube triangle beads
• 1 tube drop beads
• 2 jump rings
• S hook or lobster clasp
• 2 bead tips
• Thread (Silimide)
• Bring a small pair of scissors.

To  save you time and money, I will have some Spiral rope kits already made up. You will have a choice of colors. They are $10

FLAT BEAD CROCHET

Students must know the single crochet stitch before taking this class. Also, this class is a prerequisite for the Bead Crochet Rope class. For those of you who already crochet, this is an instant gratification stitch. You are going to love it! You will leave with written instructions and diagrams. and  a sample swatch a few inches long that you will have made in class:-))

This class is limited to 6 students.

Class Fee $30 which includes enough beads for your sample swatch.

Materials needed for a bracelet:

• 1 tube large triangles
• 2 different tubes size 6 beads
• 1 tube 3 or 4mm squares
• 13 6-8mm accent beads
• 13 drops, leaves or small daggers
• Thread (conso, mastex c-lon cord )
• Bring your own crochet hooks, size 4, 5, 6, or 7.
• For backing:
• 1 strip of ultra suede or suede cloth
• Sewing needle and thread to match suede cloth
• Velcro hook and loop circle or square.
• Bring a small pair of scissors

                               OR  (because we are in a small town, with no bead store)

To  save you time and money, I will make available my huge stash of beads and findings . For $15 you can pick and choose for your bracelet.





 

BEAD CROCHET ROPE

This is an elegant stitch and makes jewelry you will be so proud to wear. It always draws comments. For this first piece, we will use four different colors of beads. It is unlikely that anyone will finish more than a few inches in class. That is why I made up this example to show an idea of what can actually be finished in class. Consequently, I have changed the materials list for that class.
 

This class will be limited to 4 students.

Class Fee $25

Materials needed for this class:

• 4 tubes of size 6 beads, in four different colors. In the sample above, the forth color bead is a size 5 triangle.
• Light colored thread which cordinates with your beads.( Mastex, Conso, C-lon cord or similar.)
• 12 inch piece of leather or satin cord.
• Two silver or glass beads, with a hole large enough to fit over the cord, if you wish.
• Two crimp ends the size of your cord.
• Two jump rings and an ‘s’ hook
• Bring your own crochet hooks, size 4, 5, 6, or 7. (I will have a few you can borrow, and some you can buy.)
• Bring a small pair of scissors.
